Preparation
- Make the milk jelly: Add gelatin and cold water to a small bowl. Stir to combine then let sit for 5 minutes until the water is absorbed and gelatin is thickened.
- Mix the boiling hot water and bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until evenly combined.
- Pour the milk jelly into the silicone donut molds, only filling about halfway. Transfer to the fridge and let set until firm, about 1 hour.
- Make the coffee jelly: Add gelatin and cold water to a small bowl. Stir to combine then let sit for 5 minutes until the water is absorbed and gelatin is thickened.
- Mix the instant coffee and sugar with boiling hot water in a bowl. Add the bloomed gelatin and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Let cool slightly until cool to the touch (to prevent melting the first layer), then pour over milk jelly filling the molds completely. Place in the refrigerator overnight until fully set, about 2 to 3 hours.
- Carefully unmold and garnish each donut with caramel sauce and chocolate sprinkles.
- Enjoy!
