Ingredients
for 1 serving
- 1 packet instant cold noodles, with broth
- 8 oz steak, cubed
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Bimbim Sauce
- ½ large asian pear, sliced or cubed
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 green onion stalks, chopped into 2-inch pieces
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ⅓ cup gochugaru, (Korean hot pepper flakes)
- 3 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- pear, for garnish, optional
- cucumber, for garnish, optional
- kimchi, for garnish, optional

Preparation
- Cook the cold noodle packet according to package instructions. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the steak, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
- Cook on medium heat in a skillet until the steak reaches desired temperature, then set aside to cool.
- In a blender or food processor, blend together all the bibim sauce ingredients.
- Assemble in a bowl: Add the cooked noodles, bibim sauce, sliced pear, steak, cucumber, and finish with broth from the cold noodle packet.
